Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and CrewDay. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

CrewDay is a task-management tool that lets a manager assign daily tasks to a team of workers and track their completion, including photo proof, checklists, comments, and attachments. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Managers are responsible for the workers they invite and the tasks and content they create. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use CrewDay only for lawful purposes.

3. Plans, trials & billing

• CrewDay is billed at $15 per month, per manager. Workers are always free, and there is no limit on the number of workers.
• New manager accounts include a 14-day free trial — $0 charged today. You add a card to start; cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; we don't provide pro-rated refunds for a partial month unless required by law.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

4. Your content

Tasks, photos, notes, comments, and files you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you and the people you've shared it with (your team). We don't claim ownership of it and we don't sell it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use CrewDay to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to breach security or access another team's data, or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others.

6. Availability

We work to keep CrewDay reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or update the service as needed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CrewDay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using CrewDay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use CrewDay after an update means you accept the revised terms.
